Here’s a petition to save the railroad in front of my parents’ place for the potential to turn it into a bike trail! Please sign! Shameless plugging, etc. etc.

No really, this is a huge deal. It’d mean kids like me wouldn’t have to bike along the highway to get to and from school or work. The alternative is ownership reverting to original landowners, making it EXTREMELY difficult to orchestrate a bike trail or for that matter any kind of commuter path from Colfax to Pullman.
